Well educated (HR Qualification) with a minimum of 1 year previous HR related experience.
Fluent in English and basic Arabic with well developed, confident communicative skills (written and verbal)
Computer literate – MS Office and Internet.
Good organizational and administration skills
Confidential and trustworthy
Resource to the company re local and GCC states labour and immigration legal requirements
Coordination of company payroll submission to finance dept.
Constant assessment of company HR forms and stationary.
Accurate employee records
Sound knowledge of HR policies and implementation
Screen potential applicants for interviews
In conjunction with Brand Managers, devise a succession plan and develop potential to meet this plan
Management and follow up of company PRO
Must be resourceful and have background in Recruitment particularly in screening CVs, arranging interviews, negotiating employment offers encompassing end-to-end recruitment.
