Tender handover: When order is received and in force, initiate the handover meeting with Contracts Dept.

When contract is lost, carry out a post-mortem analysis and initiate corrective actions to possibly eradicate the problem.
Product Problems / Non-quality Issues: Take the lead in investigating and resolving product problems reported. Support local actions required for resolution of major non-quality issues
